Function type: Reporting/derived function – summarises or plots the output of another function; it does not compute any new statistic. Not exported – called internally by report = TRUE, and reachable from outside the package via plot(x, which = "histograms").

Usage

prewhiten_histograms(diagnostics, path = NULL)

Arguments

diagnostics

The diagnostics element returned by prewhiten().

path

Character or NULL. If supplied, PNGs are written using this as a filename prefix: setting path to out writes files named out_dw.png and out_rho.png.

Value

NULL, invisibly. Called for its plotting side effect.

#> Automatic mode: order detected from file names. For higher reliability -- especially if the series is not annual -- supplying 'files' explicitly (with 'time' or 'cycle_type') is recommended. See ?read_ordered_stack.
